Our Beginner Brazilian Jiu Jitsu programme is designed for complete newcomers who want a clear, structured introduction to the art. Over the month, we guide you through the essential positions, basic submissions, escapes, and movement patterns that form the foundation of effective grappling.
You train in a friendly beginner-only environment, so you are never thrown in with advanced students or asked to do anything beyond your level. Each session follows a proven format: warm-up, technical instruction, cooperative drilling, and controlled, supervised application.
As a 2nd Degree Black Belt under Roger Gracie, I have refined this curriculum over years of teaching to give new students confidence from day one. By the end of your first month, you will understand how to stay safe on the ground, how to control an opponent, and how Brazilian Jiu Jitsu can improve your fitness, focus, and self-belief.
